Residents enjoyed a trip around the globe during our annual “It’s A Small World” International Celebration. Decorations and colorful displays depicted the culture and attire from such countries as the China, Japan, Poland, Africa, Spain and Latin America, Jamaica, United Kingdom, Native America, Philippines, Italy, Ireland, Germany, France, Russia, Arabia, Holland, Greece, Scotland and Wales. Reverend Monsignor John Demkovich, a good friend of our Home, provided the much-appreciated entertainment, as Residents and Sisters delighted in his accordion renditions of music from around the world! Employees and volunteers took pride in donning apparel representative of their heritage, as well as a variety of different countries. Our staff even prepared foods with an international flair to serve our Residents. It was a fun-filled afternoon for all!
