Residents delighted in the opportunity to celebrate their heritage at the annual “It’s A Small World” themed celebration. Residents, employees and volunteers joined in the fun and dressed in cultural attire representative of many different countries. The festivities included “sing-alongs”, and decorations were displayed representing many different regions, such as Ireland, the United States, the United Kingdom, Africa, Egypt, Italy, France, Poland, Germany, Spain, Latin America, Russia and Japan. It was wonderful to see our Residents display such pride and enthusiasm. Residents were also served a sampling of multi-cultural cuisines. As they say in Spanish, “!Muy divertido!” In any language, a good time was had by all!!
