Celebrating The Lunar New Year

Gong Hei Fat Choy! “wishing you great happiness and prosperity.”

Chinese New Year arrived on the February 5th and runs until the 7th but is usually celebrated for two weeks. We celebrated The Year of the Pig, on Saturday, February 16th. Our dear friends, Lily and Duffy Shue, once again hosted the party, providing the food and the music. Members of our Auxiliary were there to lend a helping hand. The kitchen did a fantastic job of preparing traditional Chinese food. So if you were born in 1923, 1935, 1947, 1959, 1971, 1983, 1995 or in 2007, then this is your year!
